For practical AI, we work with you and the people doing the work to understand how your business operates. We investigate where time is lost, work stalls or a better process could make a commercial difference.

We then assess the options, explain what is worth doing and agree what to implement. That might mean improving an existing process, connecting the tools you already use or building a useful AI assisted workflow.

I bring more than forty years of commercial experience, including building businesses of my own, together with practical experience of AI tools, agents and automation.
